Nyloncraft's new injection molded trailer caps are now available in smoked polycarbonate which allows natural sunlight into the trailer.

Our clear caps are UV stable and offer chemical resistance to most non-alkaline cleaners. The caps offer superior impact and scratch resistance and very little thermal expansion across a wide range of temperatures.

Injection molded caps offer advantages over traditional caps.
Whether your cap is clear polycarbonate or black or white TPO, injection molded caps offer the following advantages:

• Lower cost than traditional thermoformed caps
• Lower part-to-part and lot-to-lot variability
• High impact resistance
• Low thermal expansion
